A dedicated site will provide information on employment programs and services, as well as interactive meetings with employers for young people who are about to leave social care institutions. The platform is called "Generation Program" and was developed by a team of the FAR Foundation, as the goal is to promote career training, professional development and to provide support for young people at risk when starting a first job. Initially, it will be available only for the territory of the Sofia Municipality, where there are a total of 15 family-type accommodation centers and transitional housing with about 80 children who can benefit from the information provided.

The "Generation Program" is co-financed by the Municipality of Sofia under a social program created according to the idea of mayor Yordanka Fandakova four years ago.
