Kite Festival is paying visit to Varna

The tenth edition of the Kite Festival "Sky Wonders" will take place in Varna on August 27 and 28 with participants from Turkey, Estonia, UK, the Netherlands, Austria, South Africa, organizer Yuri Georgiev has told the BTA. 

This year's event has the motto "On the birds route", recalling of Via Pontica. "Sky Wonders" will take place at Asparuhovo beach between 10:00 and 17:00.

The kite festival passes along the Black Sea coast of ​​Bulgaria from South to North. The start was given on August 20 at the mouth of the Veleka River, and then the fesival stopped in Varvara and Primorsko. On August 31 - September 1, the kites will be in Albena, and on September 3-4 - in Shabla.
