President Rumen Radev congratulates Volodymyr Zelensky on the occasion of Ukraine’s Independence Day

On the occasion of the national holiday of Ukraine - Independence Day, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev sent a congratulatory address to his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky.

In it, the head of state expresses the solidarity of the Bulgarian people with the Ukrainians, as well as Bulgaria's support for the sovereignty and integrity of Ukraine and wished for a quick return of peace in the country. In addition, Radev expresses confidence that the two countries will successfully build upon their good relations, as the numerous Bulgarian diaspora in the country will also continue to contribute to them.
