The order for the arrest of GERB leader Boyko Borissov has been declared illegal by the court, BTA reported, quoting the decision of the Sofia Administrative Court. The court upheld the decision of the Sofia District Court from April, which annulled the order for Borissov's detention as illegal.

In addition, the detention order does not describe any facts "that substantiated the need for the enforcement of the coercive administrative measure"
