Bulgaria reports 21% positive tests in past day

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria for the last 24 hours are 420, according to the data of the National Coronavirus Information Portal. This is 20.86% out of 2,013 tests. 61.43% of new cases are among unvaccinated people. 

Two patients with confirmed Covid-19 have died. There are 984 patients in hospital currently as 52 of them are in the intensive care unit. 132 people were counted as cured for the last 24 hours. 

There are currently 16,096 active cases.

In the last 24 hours, 146 doses of the vaccine against Covid-19 have been administered.
