The Ministry of Economy has been conducting a survey among businesses about gas consumption during the winter months. The results will be reported to crisis headquarters to help the government's decisions on securing and distributing supplies. This was announced by caretaker Minister of Economy, Nikola Stoyanov, during the presentation of the priorities in the work of his department.
The main priority will be to improve the business climate. "The situation in Bulgaria at the moment requires me to take more serious steps, which cannot be postponed, because the crises are here. Our goal is to develop helpful solutions for businesses, not to get in the way and cause obstacles," Stoyanov said. He pointed out that a list of measures to help the business has already been drawn up. In the coming months, efforts will also be made towards the country's entry into the Schengen area.
