Negotiations of the Bulgarian Socialist Party to form a government with the third exploratory mandate given by the President continue. Having already met with "We Continue the Change" and "There is Such a People" parties, today the socialists are having a meeting with "Democratic Bulgaria". This is the last parliamentary force that BSP will meet, after party leader Kornelia Ninova declared that there would be no negotiations with GERB-SDS, MRF, or Vazrazhdane parties.

If the four negotiating parties reached agreement, they would have a parliamentary majority of 127 votes.
