"Democratic Bulgaria" shares the understanding that the new government must embark on a program that sets priorities, said party co-chairman Hristo Ivanov after the negotiations with "We Continue the Change" to form a cabinet.

Among the topics that should be included in the program, he pointed out the constitutional reform, energy independence, Schengen, the Eurozone, the strengthening of the Security sector and the modernization of the army.

Hristo Ivanov assessed the six months of the Petkov cabinet as "difficult, turbulent, but at the same time with very good achievements" and wished to find a mechanism for greater dialogue on national priorities. "We will participate with all the resources we have," he pledged.
