A German concern manufacturing electrical goods, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems will invest EUR 17 million to expand its production facility near the city of Plovdiv. The investment includes the delivery of already existing equipment from Germany, its integration into the plant’s equipment and the purchase of new machinery. So far, 120 people have been employed at the new factory, including welders, mechanics and painters. The Covid-19 pandemic has not impacted the company’s performance. In 2020, the company’s profit increased to EUR 17.4 million (9% more as compared to the previous year).
