A Russian missile strike on a crowded mall in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk killed sixteen people and injured fifty nine. According to Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky, some 1,000 people were estimated to be inside the mall at the time of the attack. Moscow’s Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations Dmytry Polyanskiy accused Ukraine of orchestrating the attack. “Looks like we are dealing with a new Bucha-style Ukrainian provocation”, Dmytry Polyanskiy wrote on Twitter.
