Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Thursday, June 16

Warm and sunny Thursday

There will be low clouds and patchy fog in the Upper Thracian Valley on Thursday morning. Later during the day it will be sunny. Over the mountains it will become cloudy with occasional showers. Maximum temperatures will be 25 to 30°C, in Sofia around 25°C. 


On the Black Sea coast it will be sunny. Maximum air temperatures will be 24-26°C, sea water 21-22°C. The sea swell will be 2-3. 


Over the mountains it will be sunny until midday, with cumulus clouds and light precipitation in the afternoon. The maximum temperature at 1200 m will be 18°C, at 2000 m about 11°C. 


On Friday it will rain and thunder over western Bulgaria in the afternoon. Temperatures will drop by 3-4 degrees.
