Bulgaria reports 113 new cases of Covid-19

113 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 2,840 tests performed, a positivity rate of 4%, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. 57% of the new cases are among the unvaccinated.

The highest number of cases was reported in Sofia-48, followed by Blagoevgrad-8 and Plovdiv-7.

The number of active cases amount to 69,744. 298 patients are being treated in hospital, as 27 of them are in intensive care units. 24 people have been admitted to hospitals in the past day. 75% of them were not immunized.

6 people with established coronavirus infection have died in the past day. 661 people have been reported cured. 411 vaccine doses were administered on Thursday. 2,060,311 is the number of people with a completed vaccination cycle. 760,411 have had a booster shot.
