There have been no Bulgarian arms exports to Ukraine. "We can not determine whether Bulgarian weapons from other places were redirected to Ukraine," Defense Minister Dragomir Zakov said about a comment made by former Kintex director Alexander Mihailov that Bulgaria exported weapons with their final destination being Ukraine.

Minister Zakov said it was unacceptable for former senior officials of companies such as Kintex to allow themselves to make such allegations.
