The Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA) outlined several priority operations in support of businesses and jobs, to be launched as soon as the partnership agreement and the programmes for the period up until 2027 are approved by the European Commission, BICA says.

The proposals are targeted at developing grant schemes in support of investments in industry, improving energy efficiency, digitization of SMEs, employment and skills development, improving working conditions, innovations etc. The industrialists say that besides a swift launch of the procedures, other factors of prime importance are interaction performance during their development, as well as  transparency and effectiveness of spending. That, they add, can only be achieved if the state and the social partners are represented in the management and control bodies equally.
