Bulgaria reports more than 4,600 Covid-19 recoveries in past day

359 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 6,502 tests performed, data of coronavirus.bg show. More than two-thirds of the new cases are among the unvaccinated. 5.5% of the tests have returned positive result.

The number of active cases of coronavirus infection have decreased with 4,289 to 124,042. 68 Covid-19 patients were admitted to hospital. 76.47% of them were not immunized. 629 people are being treated in hospital, as 69 of them are in intensive care units.

12 people with established coronavirus infection have died and 4,626 have been reported cured in the past day. 1,038 vaccine doses were administered on Tuesday.
