Ukraine's Ambassador to Sofia Vitaly Moskalenko submitted a letter from Ukraine‘s President Volodymyr Zelensky to Bulgaria's National Assembly. President Zelensky states that Kyiv wants to have Ukrainian military equipment repaired in Bulgaria and does not want any other type of military aid.
