Payments are in advance and can be used for food, accommodation, health care, education, access to jobs and other needs of refugees from Ukraine.

Meanwhile, BNR correspondent Zdravka Maslyankova announced that the largest hotel in Bulgaria's town of Gorna Oryahovitsa is facing bankruptcy due to unpaid state money for refugees. The hotel houses 85 refugees, and to feed them, the hotel owner Tsanka Dimitrova purchases products on credit.
