A Bulgarian delegation led by Premier Kiril Petkov is to pay a visit to Kyiv today. The idea is that in this way the coalition partners could alight their position on whether Bulgaria should send military aid to Ukraine. According to the initial idea, one person from each party in the ruling coalition had to travel to the Ukrainian capital. However, the Bulgarian Socialist Party refused to send a representative.

Yesterday, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna said in a video message to the EU Meets the Balkans Forum that during the visit of the Bulgarian delegation to Kyiv, the Ukrainian authorities will ask Bulgaria to provide weapons.
