Vice President Yotova brings traditional Easter kozunak to Bulgarians in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region

You can always count on the support of the Bulgarian presidential institution. Bulgarians living in their country or abroad are one, Vice President Iliana Yotova has told the Bulgarian community in Bologna.

About 5,000 Bulgarians live in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. Their association in the town of Riccione has a Sunday school, which has recently opened a branch in Bologna. The main issue remains the lack of premises. The Honorary Consul of Bulgaria in Emilia-Romagna Franco Castellini promised to assist the local authorities in solving the problem. For the upcoming Orthodox Easter, the Bulgarian Vice President brought traditional Easter cakes (kozunak) from Bulgaria.
