More than 167 million euros will be provided to schools and kindergartens for new classrooms, STEM offices and renovations by 2026, the press center of the Ministry of Education and Science announced. The projects for modernization of the educational environment will be financed under the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience.

Schools and kindergartens will improve access for people with disabilities to the buildings and adapt their interior space in view of possible future pandemics and emergencies. One of the goals of financial support is to create conditions for equal access to education.
