Dmytro Kuleba to Bulgarian MPs: not sending military aid to Ukraine is support for Russian aggression

"I would like to say once again to all those who refuse or hesitate whether Bulgaria should provide military aid to Ukraine - in this way you support Russian aggression and the killing of Ukrainian citizens," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said after being heard at a closed meeting of the parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee.

He explained that Bulgarian lawmakers and the government must now decide how to help Ukraine. For her part, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska said that sending military aid to Ukraine was not discussed at a meeting of the Council of Ministers.
