The Coalition Council of the ruling parties has reached a consensus on the payment of the money due for road maintenance. The final decision of the council must be approved at an extraordinary meeting of the parliamentary committee on regional policy.

The chairman of the committee, Nastimir Ananiev, explained that a formula would be sought for giving the money to the road construction companies. There is no way to make payments blindly. It is crucial to have control over the payment of funds and to guarantee public resources, Ananiev said.
The coalition council also decided to discuss the parliament's legislative programme every week down to the "smallest detail".
