A school in Sofia has implemented an interesting strategy to help students adapt to the school environment after two difficult years of Covid-19 pandemic. Four adopted dogs - Tulip, Alma, Mario and Jack welcomed the children at the “Tsar Simeon the Great" School in the region of Bankya and aroused positive emotions in their hearts.
Such meetings will have a positive impact on the results of children at school, the management say. One of the next planned visits of the "therapy dogs" will focus on interaction with children with special educational needs.
On April 15 and 16 an Easter Charity Bazaar will take place and the money would go to an NGO that have already helped more than 1,500 animals find their new home.
