The Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission has approved natural gas price for March of EUR 57 per megawatt-hour ,excluding access, transmission, excise and VAT. As reasons for the 3.5% hike, the commission points out the limitation of output from the gas storage facility near Chiren, as well as record high prices on European gas exchanges.
