Charity run for peace to take place on March 6 in Sofia's Borisova Garden park

The Sofia-based sports Club "Begach" has extended an invite to all citizens of Sofia to take part in a charity run for peace on March 6 at 10 am. The aim is to draw public attention and raise funds to support the victims of the war in Ukraine. 

The event is apolitical and we urge people to not spark any more tension. Our goal is to show our solidarity and raise funds, the organizers announced. All money raised will the donated to the Association of Ukrainian Organizations in Bulgaria "Mother Ukraine".

The organizers suggest that participants be dressed in blue and yellow clothes in token of solidarity.

In the office of "Begach" Sports Club there is a donation box to the Association of Ukrainian Organizations in Bulgaria "Mother Ukraine".
