Two Bulgarian Red Cross, BRC, trucks, part of a Bulgarian humanitarian convoy, are leaving for Ukraine on 1 March.
The BRC thanks the hundreds of individual and corporate donors who responded to call to support the people affected by the war in Ukraine, and adds that the campaign for raising material donations continues. All people who wish to join the campaign can do so at the BRC regional structures, or at the Red Cross headquarters at 76 James Bourchier Blvd. in Sofia.
Within the BRC’s national charity campaign, a short code is being activated – 1466 – for all mobile operators. Anyone wishing to support the campaign can send a text and donate 1 Lev to the people affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
