Ukraine is ready for talks with Russia, including on neutral status regarding NATO, Ukrainian Presidential Advisor Mykhailo Podolyak said. Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed skepticism about President Zelenski’s words that he was ready to discuss Ukraine’s neutrality.

The next 3 days will be crucial for Ukraine in countering Russian aggression, Mykhailo Podolyak added. “Yesterday was a hard day. It was a hard night. It will be difficult today, and perhaps tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. These crucial days will show “who is who” in this country, in the region and globally”, Mykhailo Podolyak said.

Fights are raging in the capital city Kyiv. A group of Russian saboterus dressed in Ukrainian uniforms, who tried to enter the central part of the city, were disarmed. A Russian Su-27 strike aircraft was shot down. The plane’s pilot was captured. Russian airborne paratroopers arrived in the town of Gomel (Belarus) to expand the attack against Kyiv, The Ukrainian Independent Information Agency (UNIAN) informed. Fighting for the airport near Obolonsky residential district in Kyiv continues. Russia’s missile attacks against Ukraine continue as well. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has urged civilians to make Molotov cocktails to neutralize the invaders.
