Bulgaria has not issued a single permit for the export of dual-use weapons and technology to Ukraine"This is an established practice in our country immediately after the signing of the Minsk agreements in 2014 and 2015, and no documents were found back in time for the export of Bulgarian goods to Ukraine," said Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Industry Kornelia Ninova.

This statement came in connection with publications, according to which in the shelling against the Donetsk People's Republic, the Ukrainian army used grenade launchers made in Bulgaria.
