President Rumen Radev convenes a meeting of the National Security Advisory Council over threats to national security and the current state of the armed forces, the presidential institution's press office has reported. The convening of the council comes a day after Minister of Defense Stefan Yanev acknowledged that the build-up of Russian troops on the border with Ukraine also threatened Bulgaria's national security.
