All dunes along Bulgaria’s Black Sea coastline will revert to being exclusively state property: Environment Minister

In an interview with Bloomberg TV, Deputy Prime Minister for Climate Policy and Minister of Environment and Water Borislav Sandov stated that the dunes which have fallen into private hands will be bought back and that any kind of construction 100 metres from the sea shore will be banned.

Establishing a national park Bulgarian Black Sea Coast is being mulled, which will not be one solid zone but will be a network of zones along the shoreline which are state property, Minister Sandov stated.
