Green certificates to be cancelled with 70% vaccination of the population

There is no compulsory vaccination, the government will not impose one as long as I am the Prime Minister. Vaccination is the fundamental fact to overcome the crisis, said in response to a parliamentary question Bulgaria's Prime Minister Kiril Petkov.

"We want to abolish green certificates. But this should happen when the levels of protection of the population are so high that we see that we do not have a health problem in hospitals, that intensive care beds are not in shortage. The only way to achieve this is to reach levels of vaccination of at least 70%," Petkov later added on the sidelines of parliament.
In the last three days alone, 92,000 Bulgarian citizens have been vaccinated, the prime minister said.
