Consumer price index on the rise

In November 2021 the consumer price index increased by 6.3% compared to the same month of 2020. The largest rise in prices for the year was registered in the transport sector - 18.3%. The largest decline in prices was registered in the field of communications - 4.9%. This is shown by data published by the NSI.

The prices for production and distribution of electricity, heat and gas in the country rose by 66.9% for a year and the prices of housing- by 8.7%.
