Bulgaria reports lower number of new daily infections of Covid-19

1,725 is the number of new cases of coronavirus in the country for the past day, or 279 less than on Wednesday. 81% of new infections are among unvaccinated citizens. 5.2% are positive results from the 33,261 tests performed, according to the portal coronavirus.bg.

The number of active cases is now 95,166. 438 people were newly admitted to hospitals. 83% of them have not been vaccinated. 4,869 patients are currently hospitalized as 560 of them are in intensive care.
83 people have died in the last 24 hours with Covid infections. Of these, 80 people were not immunized. 
17,859 vaccine jabs were administered made on Wednesday. 1,856,555 people have completed the immunization cycle. 194,303 people have received a booster dose.
