Weather forecast for Sunday, December 12

During the night strong south-southeasterly wind will continue to blow in central and eastern Bulgaria. It will be cloudy with precipitation. The lowest temperatures will range from 2 °C -3 °C. in the western regions of the country, to 12 °C in the eastern ones.

On Sunday, the weather will be mostly cloudy with rain showers. In the evening snowfalls are expected in the valleys of western Bulgaria.

In the eastern regions of the country the weather will remain warmer for the first half of December. The highest temperatures will range widely from 3 °C -4 °C in some places in western Bulgaria to 13-14 °C in the eastern regions.

It will be cloudy and foggy in the mountains. Snowfalls are expected. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 5 °C, at 2000 meters it will be about minus 2 °C.
