Citizens of 14 countries can enter Bulgaria upon presenting green certificate

As of December 1, the order of the Minister of Health which requires presenting a negative PCR test upon entering the country will be revoked for those having a green certificate and arriving from 14 destinations in the European Union. This was announced by the Minister of Tourism Stella Baltova. She said the winter tourist season, which opens on December 18th, is expected to be successful as there is interest from foreign tourists. Baltova also pointed out that meetings were held with tour operators from Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia and compliance with all conditions for safe recreation of tourists had been guaranteed.
