Voting at the polling station abroad which opened earliest – the one in Christchurch, New Zealand is over. Due to the time different it opened at 8 PM Bulgarian time on 20 November (7 AM local time on 21 November, 2021). There, as well as at two polling stations in Australia and one in USA, the ballots did not arrive in time, and the Central Election Committee made the decision for a template of the ballot to be printed out additionally.
