This country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has taken the necessary steps to make sure that election day abroad goes ahead normally without any impediments. Bulgaria’s Foreign Ministry is doing its best to react to the last-minute changes of members of sectional election commissions abroad, which are mainly caused by positive Covid-19 test results.
