The Covid-19 Green Certificate has yielded positive results and we are not planning to lift this measure yet, Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov said after a meeting of the National Vaccination Council in the Council of Ministers building.
In his words, the measure will remain in place until 90% of Bulgarians are vaccinated or Covid-19 morbidity drops significantly. According to Professor Mira Kozhuharova, most carriers of the virus were isolated due to the mandating of the Covid-19 Green Certificate.
Meanwhile, it became clear that parents must decide within three days whether they would give consent for their children to be tested.
