The Supreme Administrative Court has rejected the appeal of the Civic Platform Bulgarian Summer political party against a decision of the Central Election Commission refusing the party's registration for the November 14, 2021 elections

According to the court, in its decision not to allow the party related to the gambling boss Vasil Bozhkov hiding in Dubai, the CEC acted according to the law, as the necessary certificate for a current bank account was not submitted with the application of Bulgarian Summer.
