Weather forecast for Tuesday, 21 September

The astronomical autumn comes with a drop in temperatures

On Tuesday there will be scattered clouds which will disperse in many regions where there will be sun. Occasional showers are in the forecast. Maximum temperatures in the Northeast 16° C., in the Southwest – up to 26° C, for Sofia - 20° C.

Over the Black Sea coast there will be clouds, with occasional rain in the morning. During the day the clouds will disperse. Maximum temperatures from 16° C. at Cape Shabla to 20° C. to the South of Sunny Beach. Temperature of the seawater 22° C., sea state 3.

Over the mountains there will be scattered clouds, with occasional showers. There will be a strong Northwesterly wind. Maximum temperatures at an altitude of 1,200 m. 15° C., at 2,000 m. 7° C. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo temperatures will reach 15° C., in Bansko 18° C.

Wednesday will be cool, with daytime temperatures reaching 15° to 20° C. There will be significant clouds and showers. There will be snow in the higher portions of Mount Rila and Pirin.
