Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Monday, September 20

Sunny weather and occasional showers are in the weather forecast

Clear skies are in the weather forecast for Sunday night. The minimum temperatures will range from 11°C to 16°C.

On Monday, the weather will be predominantly sunny. Light to moderate south-southwesterly winds are expected in most Bulgarian regions. Stronger northwesterly winds are expected in the evening hours. Cumulus clouds will form in the afternoon. Occasional showers are possible in some Bulgaria regions. Higher precipitation and thunderstorms are expected in Northern Bulgaria in the evening hours when a colder front will pass over the country. Showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast for the eastern parts of the country on Monday night. Maximum temperatures will range from 26°C to 31°C

Along the Black Sea coast, the weather will be predominantly sunny. More clouds will form in the evening hours. Rain and thunderstorms are expected in many parts of the seacoast on Monday night and Tuesday morning. Maximum temperatures will range from 23°C to 26°C, the seawater temperature- 21°C-23°C, sea state-1-2.

Over the mountains, the weather will be predominantly sunny in the morning hours. Cumulus clouds will form in the afternoon hours. Showers are expected in some mountain regions. Maximum temperatures at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 21°C, at 2,000 meters-around 14°C.
