“President Rumen Radev demonstrated he is capable of forming a government,” Vice President Iliana Yotova said in Blagoevgrad where she attended the first day of school at primary school No. 8 in the town:
“Tomorrow (16 September) the President will make public the new caretaker cabinet and I expect him to fulfil his obligations and keep the current composition of the cabinet.
