President Rumen Radev confers the Presidential Badge of Honor to Olympics medalists

At an official ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev conferred the Presidential Badge of Honor to the Bulgarian athletes who won medals at the Tokyo Summer Olympic Games and the Tokyo Sumer Paralympic Games. 

"The Olympic glory of our country, won by generations of athletes, is of a permanent nature and is a cause for pride for the entire society", said this country’s head of state in his address to the Olympic medalists. President Radev also expressed his gratitude to the coaches, managers, relatives and families of the athletes. On behalf of the laureates of the Presidential Badge of Honor, Simona Dyankova (rhythmic gymnastics) thanked President Radev for his support and trust.
