Bulgaria to grant asylum to 70 Afghan nationals

Bulgaria is to support and grant asylum to nearly 70 Afghan citizens and their families, announced this country’s caretaker Premier Stefan Yanev after the government meeting. The Afghan nationals worked in the Bulgarian Embassy in Kabul and together with Bulgarian contingents, Stefan Yanev clarified

"Their evacuation from Afghanistan will be a challenge, but with the arrangements in place I hope that we will be successful", Stefan Yanev went on to say.
