Bulgaria reports slight increase in new infections and hospitalizations in the past day

882 are the new infections with Covid-19 for the past day with 782 on Thursday. 4.7% of the 18,733 tests performed were positive, which is also an increase compared to 4.3% a day earlier. The highest number of new cases are registered in Sofia - 228, in Burgas -79 and in Plovdiv - 66.

The registered active patients are currently 13,216 compared to 12,577 in the previous 24 hours. The number of hospitalized has increased by 42 patients to 1,264. 106 patients are now in intensive care and this indicator has decreased by two patients. 
15 people died during the past day with established coronavirus. There were 228 recoveries.
11,841 vaccines were administered on Thursday. There are now 1,063,195 people in Bulgaria with full immunization.
