"There is Such a People" (ITN) will present to the president a fulfilled mandate for forming a government, probably even before the deadline expires on Friday, Prime Ministe designate Plamen Nikolov said.

He added that he expected support for the future cabinet mostly from the so-called protest parties "Democratic Bulgaria" and "Stand up, BG! We are Coming!” After a new meeting, however, the leaders of the two groups, Hristo Ivanov and Maya Manolova, described the situation as "very complicated."

The BSP, who have also had talks with ITN, are currently discussing whether to vote for the ITN cabinet.
