Bulgaria's Stoyka Krasteva has advanced to the flyweight boxing final at the Tokyo Olympics after defeating Japan's Tsukimi Namiki 5-0.

Krasteva is the first representative of Bulgarian boxing to reach the Olympic finals in 25 years. For the last time a Bulgarian boxer qualified for the final of the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996. Then Daniel Petrov won the Olympic title in the 48 kg category.

Krasteva will box for the Olympic gold with Turkey's Buse Naz Cakiroglu.
