Photo: BGNES

At its first meeting, the Temporary Parliamentary Audit Committee to identify abuses and violations in the spending of state funds identified 17 priority areas in its work. Among them are inspections of the district heating companies, the Road Infrastructure Agency, the Bulgarian Development Bank, the National Revenue Agency, and others.
The scope of the commission also includes the work of the Council of Ministers, the ministries, the state and municipal bodies in the last 5 years, and not in the last ten, as was the case in the previous parliament.
