Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Tuesday, 27 July

Yellow hot weather warning for 16 regions of Bulgaria

On Tuesday there will be sun with a light, predominantly easterly wind. Temperatures will continue to go up reaching 32° - 37° C, for Sofia 33° C. 

Over the Black Sea coastline there will be a light breeze bringing respite from the heat. Maximum temperatures 28° C. at Cape Kaliakra to 31° C in Varna, seawater temperature around 26° C., sea state – 2.

Over the mountains there will be sun and the weather will be perfect for hiking, with insignificant clouds gathering in the afternoon over the mountains in Southwestern Bulgaria. Daytime highs at an altitude of 1,200 m. will reach 29° C, at 2,000 m. – around 23° C. In the resorts of Pamporovo and Borovets temperatures will reach 28-29° C, in Smolyan and Bansko - 32-33° C.

In the coming days until the end of July, and the first days of August, the weather will continue sunny, calm and hot.
