Energy Minister Andrey Zhivkov has dismissed the entire management of the Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH), including CEO Valentin Nikolov, BEH has announced. The holding’s management was appointed following a competition just under two years ago. A temporary board of directors is to be appointed until a competition is organized.

Lack of results following the minister’s demand that the management of Bulgartransgaz be dismissed due to breaches connected with the Balkan Stream project and unsatisfactory financial performance are the reasons for the dismissal of the management of the holding, the Ministry of Energy told the BNR.
